Snow!!!

Finally snow is here - little though it is. I can't wait to use my new toy - the 'snow thrower'. I only got to use it once last year! Can you believe that I actually love to blow snow!!! There is actually a little butch in me yet!!!

Work is still very busy - working for two people... the count down is on until my boss moves and I try not to think about it too much or I get all misty eyed! I will miss him.

Sabrina is doing fine, has energy and her eyes are bright and happy. April 20th is the day I am waiting for and then we will be in remission.

With the holiday upon us and only losing 22 more minutes of day light, I am looking forward to spring! I am trying to put the little snow we are getting over my perennials so I don't loose too many this year ... there is always hope!

Until later...

Thanksgiving

I am sitting here showing my aunt and uncle my blog!!! I don't know a lot about blogging but it's fun to show them what I do know.

We spent the day together and starting talking about the computer, text messaging, cell phones etc. These stories remind me of how old I actually am.

I remember when I used to give my mom a hard time when I thought she was really old and she was actually only 44. Guess how old I am??! 44!!! I remember doing the heavy sigh thing when she had to take notes on how to use a VCR and now I am calling someone at work to ask about our voice mail works!!!

Fun stories, fun times!!!

Holidays

I am very very excited!!!

Cath and I put up our Christmas decorations last weekend! There are snowmen all over the house. One can never get enough snowmen!!! ( I am a collector )

Since the fall is a time of winding down, I get a little depressed in the fall but once the decorations go up my mood gets much better!

At work I moved my location (I still work for the same person). I never appreciated how stressful it can be when you have to uproot everything. Slowly but surely I will get settled. I am excited about the new space and I actually got voice mail at work. I have been there for 7 years and just today got voice mail for the first time. I am now in the new millennium!

We are having thanksgiving this year for a smaller group which will mean more leftovers for care packages and Cath. She loves turkey sandwiches and told me yesterday she can't wait. Sabrina loves parties as well so we are all looking forward to it!

I got a few new puzzles recently and enjoy coming home after work and doing something mindless!

Until next time...
